Every time we come in, always we order Chili. Very often is delivered either too cold or too dry. For some reason always we have to ask the server to please warm it up. But no matter what, we still like your Chili.

I love how I can earn rewards with it

Omg i love this app i have bought my kids gift cards and let them know the numbers and they can add there cards instead of mailing them. I love it! I dont have to worry about tip it lets me do that with card where some dont let you!

So far its been great with no hitches.

Love their food, although sometimes you will have a really long wait. Or your shake will get to you when your food is already gone.

What more could you want!???

Steak n Shake is a go to place for me since theres 3 by my home. So having the app dandy is such a time saver and Im not some robot review Im a regular person telling you this. Having this app and linked to my card has made grabbing food on the way home from work easy as hell. Just order and pay from the phone and go pick it up. That simple. Seriously, get this if you go to Steak n Shake at least 4 times a month. You also get rewards and everyone loves those.

The amount is screwed up. Getting rid of steak and shake app for good. It should show all amount you add to it and it does not give you option.

This app is garbage. I downloaded it to try to order dinner after all other restaurants had closed, and I cant even do that through the app. Once I place my order, it insists that I need to log in (despite already being logged in through the app), and then it claims my log-in credentials are wrong. I think this glitch is caused because the apps online ordering is actually through website instead of through the app. The app even has a menu section, but you cannot order from there. The app is a pain to navigate, demands that you link a payment method the moment you sign up, and doesnt even let you order online which is the only actual useful feature for this app. Save yourself the unpleasant experience and just go place an order at the store or call it in.

This app works great and Ive had it for about six months. Its so easy to use! I love that I can load my gift cards onto this app,I pull up in drive thru, they scan my phone and Im done!

Dont waste your time. It will be faster and less frustrating to just go through the drive-thru. I wasted 20 minutes trying to get app to work. Drive-thru took 5 minutes.

So far, I have found this app to be COMPLETELY USELESS. The "MENU" Area shows pictures and descriptions of food items, with nowhere to order. The "ORDER ONLINE" area forces me, every time I choose it, to enter my location to find a store. After I do that, I get back to a place where there is a "Menu" but No Place to Order ！

Well the app is so not as cool as it seems !! But the free shake was nice I guess but the lady at my Steak n Shake was very very rude

Love the food!

This app demands you make a deposit using ApplePay when you sign up, but when you go through a long and cumbersome online ordering process, it wont let you use the deposit you already paid. You have to give the app another credit card. What a scam

I have a discover card in the iPhone wallet along with the steak and shake app and it refused to use the discover card to pay. What a waste of time and effort.

This apps makes it easy to pay

This app works great every time I use it. The best part is that you can load up gift cards from Sams Club that you buy for $40 and get $50. This gives you the five dollar discount from the restaurant. You get $50 worth of food for $35.

I do not like that you have to pay thru the app to get the rewards for eating there. Surely a code to scan at register or something would work just as well - or enter phone # at checkout or take a photo of receipt or something at register like other restaurants would work better. Otherwise very few will earn rewards due to how you have it set up!
