Have used this app for almost a year now and love it. The rewards add up quickly. Our favorite feature is that we can buy gift cards in the restaurant and earn free shakes then load them onto our app and earn rewards for paying with the app. We feel like we earn double rewards that way and it feels like a great bargain.

I loaded my debit card on this app yesterday, had a $4.00 meal and my card was charged $20.27. There is no place on this earth where Id pay that much for a Jr burger and a few fries

Simple easy to use, no problem at all.

When I logged out of it, Ive noticed there is no sign in button!!!!!! Why?????? Now I cant sign back in! Fix it ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to do the online ordering for this app, and have to go through the website, and wont allow you to use any of the money you have in the account on the app. I use the app about twice a month.

It would nice to be able to use the rewards card when paying cash. Otherwise, after getting through a couple glitches with the Internet down at the store it has worked well.

I was excited to start using this app but after installing it not so much. Maybe Im expecting too much, but the reason I installed the app was for coupons. I always forget them in my car or at home. I use coupons on another restaurants app and its so convenient.

every time i scan the receipt to get points it never works.

I got this app thinking it would be great for using coupons. It only works if you give it a credit card or debit card and I really dont want to do that.

Cant partial pay using balance thru app and cash for the remainder. Bull.

The only thing that I dont like about this app is having to go to the full website to get the specials and coupon codes. The should be on the actual app. Other than that everyone should take note and follow Steak n Shake lead for this awesome working app! Thank you!

I love this app. It makes it easy to earn rewards. I hope other restaurants follow lead on this.

This needs a lot of work. Their payment is thru level up. Cant pay your check unless you load in 25$ increments. Horrible

I downloaded, then i scanned it but my card was hit 2x, the mgr was no help. I logged out but cant get back in bc I need a password, I never set one up and it didnt give me that option til I tried to reload it. I just deleted this app. It sucked

Some of the reviews on here are fake "Ive been using this app for a year" its only been out for a few months. Also they have promotion cards at some of the locations about downloading the app and getting a free milk shake. Downloaded it, my server didnt even know about the promotion as well as the manager. Even made a $50 deposit on the app for extra credit. Avoid the app. Food is good but they need work on their app.

I got this app for the convenience and the rewards. I am learning how inconvenient the app is. The order history doesnt list any coupons that were applied. I used a coupon today. The cashier assured me that she did apply my coupon, even though the amount on my phone was the same as it would be without the coupon. I gave her the benefit of the doubt knowing that the app screen is a little messed up. When I looked at my receipt in my email, I didnt see any evidence of a coupon being applied. I called the store to tell them what happened. The manager told me he cannot help me over the phone unless I tell him the order number - another piece of information missing from the app. Make sure you request a hard copy of your receipt before you leave the restaurant. You will not get one unless you ask for it. Do not settle when they tell you that a copy of your receipt is in the app history. The information in the app will be incomplete and will leave you as confused and frustrated as I am right now. This app definitely needs a ton of work!!

I have two major gripes with this app. The first and most minor is the execution of paying with the app. The readers at the register are very clunky and not user friendly. It appears they are using a camera to read the QR code. A infrared scanner like the ones McDonalds are using for redeeming coupons on their app would be WAY better. On average it takes 30-60 seconds to get their scanners to accept the QR code. That is way too long when you have a line of people behind you waiting to pay and you can feel everyone giving you the death stare for taking too much time. The second and biggest issue is the length of time it takes for the app to process a funding transaction. On 9/11/15, I submitted a transaction to add $25 to my account. I used that up and on 10/9/15 I submitted another request to fund $25 to my account. To my surprise, I get charged $50 to my card. It wasnt until doing some research that I found that my card was never charged in September and that they charged me for both my September and October funding requests at the same time. Most recently, I put another $25 on February 14th and to this day a week later, I have yet to be charged. I sent a message via the in app feedback tool and I have yet to receive a response. Thank goodness I used an actual credit card because this thing could cause somebody to overdraw their checking account by not processing transactions in a timely manner. Honestly, I just wish they would dump this for Apple Pay. I only have a dollar left in my account after the last use, they can keep it! Ive since deleted the app!

The app seems to work perfectly. I do have to shutoff my wifi, which is so bad at my local store.
