Steak 'n Shake Rewards Club App Reviews

I go to Steak n Shake a lot. This app makes payment so convenient. I love that I just hand them my check and they scan the code on my phone. If I forget my wallet or my husband has my card, I can still pay.

Very easy to use and awesome rewards for just using the app.

Using this app to order the first time is like pulling teeth. I wouldve starved. My wife called it in and it was quicker. I think I have it figured out now. How about a big icon on the home page that says "Order Here"? Tried it again. Still pretty useless. Wheres the "Order Here Icon"?

Waste of time. Drive thru people always say their scanner doesnt work, so I can't pay with app. This has happened 7 straight times at the Davie FL location.

App has always worked great for me... My only complaint is that it will only let you load one card at a time. Other than that it works great and the rewards pay off if you eat here often.

The app is excellent. It makes it so much easier to go thru the drive-thru line. Thank you very much. I use it every day.

Dont load funds to your account via the app. There isnt an option to spend the money that you just loaded to your account. Overall the app is poorly designed. If you must order online try to do it thru the website, but even there you dont have a way to spend any pre-loaded funds.

Id like to rate this app higher. I really would. But I cant tip my server using the app, and what good is it then? Heres what I mean: when I tap in the tip entry box, the screen automatically scrolls up to make room for the keyboard, partially obscuring the QR code. After I enter the tip amount and click Done, the screen doesnt automatically scroll back down, and it wont be flung down, either. The QR can de remains partially obscured. The only way I can use the app is if I dont tip. Boo. IOS 9.3.1 on a 6S Plus.

I use this card with my debit card programmed into it. It works very well. There was a recent review about not being able to leave a tip. This must be a cell phone- os specific problem. It works fine with the iPhone 6s.

Its a good app but needs some work overall DO NOT RE LOAD UR CARD ITS NO WAY TO USE YOUR FUNDS

So the whole reason I got this app was because I could sync it to my sprint account. It was nice that in the days before pay day I could depend on this if I was starving. For some reason it wasnt letting me add funds from my phone. I even deleted my phone from the app thinking it would let me re add it but it didnt. I even tried deleting the app and trying it again. Now that I dont have a card or phone on it it wont even show the scan code so that I can use the last 5$ I have. I hope they fix this or have an explanation

Worthless app. You load your gift card on and then the store says they can read the app to pay the bill. And of course the card your uploaded is now worthless with no access to your funds to pay the bill. What a scam Steak and Shake. Should change name to Stick it to you and Shake you down.

Dont bother downloading the app if you live or visit Vegas!! The Steak n Shake at the South Point in Vegas doesnt accept it even through they have it on their cups!?! Which means if you add a gift card that money is useless unless you go to another one, in my case out of state. Not worth it

I just used the app in the store at the counter. Then the server realized she forgot to ring in the $4.99 coupon. The manager was unable to adjust the price or refund any money due to paying through the app. There is no bill to look to verify pricing before the app is used. I wont be using this app again.

I cannot use this app because there is no option to have a simple cheese burger with no toppings under the kids menu. I go here a few times a week and would love to use this app, but I cant.
