Ive had it for a year almost. And only once I had a small issue which they corrected. Took a bit to correct and was annoying to call and explain, but non the less fixed it. Other than that I have had no issues at all. Thanks

I use the app to pay & have only had issues once.

Total failure! App made me pay money $50, then it took another $50. Then, it failed to work or let me pay for my food. It took my money and now the app says my account doesnt exist. These people are incompetent at best... crooks at worst... I am not happy. Dont download this app. It does not work!!!! I would give it zero stars - but the review requires at least one.

My husband is in love with Steak n Shake and we go often. They are all over where we live and travel. So along with coupon savings the $5.00 cumulative bonus is great.

Ive never had a problem with the app. I forgot my gift card at home but remembered I loaded it on to the app here. Its awesome.

This app is laughably terrible. Once you view a menu item, theres no way to go back other than going back to the main menu. Then you have to tell it EVERY SINGLE TIME which store you want to order from. Type in zip, select store, etc. FOR EVERY ITEM YOU WANT TO ORDER. its just hilariously terrible.

Ive tried to order from the app and it will not work in a timely or efficient manner. I have been unsuccessful each time and had to order in the drive thru. Love Steak N Shake food and prices just wished I could order with the app to save time.

After using the App, I noticed that my account had 2 Times the amount deducted from the gift card balance than it should have. I immediately sent an "In-App" message to Customer Support and after 3 weeks, Ive still hear NOTHING! Im now out an additional $15.00 with NO Recourse! Thanks for RIPPING ME OFF Steak and Shake!

Not a good app. Before anything you have to add card info. Not fond of doing that. I wanted to get rewards for always going there but I have to put in my card. Not worth the time.

I like the McDonalds app because the promotions are right there in the app. I like the Steak n Shake app because I can pay for my meal by phone however most retailers allow me to use my phone as a form of payment (Apple Pay). I like the order receipt inside the app.

I purchased a new phone and tried to log into my existing account that I had loaded with funds using Apple Pay. Problem is, my bank switched from MasterCard to visa since I initially used the app, so no funds. There is no way to log into an existing account either. I had over $30 on my old account and it is GONE!!!!! What a horrible app.

The family and I go to steak and shake at least twice a week. Ive been using this app for at least 2 years now and have accumulated well over $500 in rewards

I used this app at the drive thru window. Didnt a receipt back. After looking at my transaction on the app I know why. The employee added a tip I did not authorize and cleaned out the rest of my balance on my gift card. Called customer service and they said they would refund my $ to my gift account. That was 1/14 and nothing!! Thank goodness I used a gift card and didnt have my credit card saved in this app!!! All I had left on my gift card was about $7 or more would have been stolen. Do not use this app if you want to keep your money.

Was somewhat difficult to get started. Not easy to navigate. Wouldnt accept my new profile for about 10 minutes after creating it. Wasnt obvious how to order online. Sure was obvious how to pay, though! All of that I can forgive because I can learn the app. But what makes this app almost unusable for me is that I cant ask for no bun. Add that feature and Ill change my 2 to a 4.
