Great concept. Horrible functionality. Not user friendly

I loaded money to the app but cant pay for food on my way to the store. I have to go to the store and have them scan it. Whats the point? Also, you cant back out of sub menus. You have to back all the way out and then go back to the sub menus. I had $12 and was 1/4 of the way to my reward. I loaded more money and now Im further behind on getting a reward. Doesnt matter to me though as I just want convenience which this app provides none. Just scrap the app and start all over!
