App needs work, especially in the funding function!

I have two major gripes with this app.

The first and most minor is the execution of paying with the app. The readers at the register are very clunky and not user friendly. It appears they are using a camera to read the QR code. A infrared scanner like the ones McDonalds are using for redeeming coupons on their app would be WAY better. On average it takes 30-60 seconds to get their scanners to accept the QR code. That is way too long when you have a line of people behind you waiting to pay and you can feel everyone giving you the death stare for taking too much time.

The second and biggest issue is the length of time it takes for the app to process a funding transaction. On 9/11/15, I submitted a transaction to add $25 to my account. I used that up and on 10/9/15 I submitted another request to fund $25 to my account. To my surprise, I get charged $50 to my card. It wasnt until doing some research that I found that my card was never charged in September and that they charged me for both my September and October funding requests at the same time. Most recently, I put another $25 on February 14th and to this day a week later, I have yet to be charged. I sent a message via the in app feedback tool and I have yet to receive a response. Thank goodness I used an actual credit card because this thing could cause somebody to overdraw their checking account by not processing transactions in a timely manner.

Honestly, I just wish they would dump this for Apple Pay. I only have a dollar left in my account after the last use, they can keep it! Ive since deleted the app!
